Ingredients: textured soy bean protein, soya bean, mushroom-stem, vegetable oil and vegetarian seasoning.
Storage: Keep Frozen -18°c

Vegetarian burger


Buns & the toppings:

5-6 Veg Burger(Chicken)

5-6 burger buns

1 small tomato, thinly sliced

1 small onion, thinly sliced

4-5 lettuce leaves, chopped if large or kept whole if small

chaat masala as required

coriander chutney as required

tamarind dates chutney as required

chaat masala as required

some butter ( dairy or vegan) for applying on the buns - optional




1. Pan fry Veg burger until till they are crisp and golden from both sided.

2. Slice the burger buns horizontally and pan fry in some oil or butter till lightly crisp. don't toast them.

3. A the chutney or chutneys on the slices. you can even apply some butter first before applying the chutney.

4. Place the veg burger on slice.

5. Top the sliced vegetables, lettuce sprinkled with some chaat masala.

5. Cover with the other slice.

6. Insert a tooth pick on the burger.

7. Serve Veg burgers immediately accompanied with coriander chutney or tomato sauce.
