Vegan Steak 素肉排 HY1 MEA VS (500GX40)
Ingredients: soya bean protein, starch , vegetable oil(palm oil), sugar, salt, vegetarian spices.

Vegetarian Japanese Style Chicken Steak Rice

Ingredients :  
1pcs Vegetarian Chicken Steak
vegetable oil for frying
1 cup buttermilk
2 cups all-purpose flour for coating
salt and pepper to taste
Some shredded cabbage
2 small tomatoes(cut half)
2 slices japanese pickled radish
2 cabbage mustard
1 bowl rice.

50cc Japanese soy sauce, 150cc soup stock, 1 tsp mushroom seasoning, 5g sugar.

1. Cook the cabbage mustard into hot water, set aside. Sauce over low heat cook until boiled, set aside.
2. Put the flour in a large plastic bag. Season the flour with salt and pepper to taste.
3. Dip vegetarian chicken steak in buttermilk then, a few at a time, put them in the bag with the flour, seal the bag and shake to coat well. LET SIT UNTIL THE FLOUR IS OF A PASTE-LIKE CONSISTENCY.
4. Fill a large skillet about 1/3 full with vegetable oil. Heat until very hot. Put in as many vegetarian chicken steak as the skillet can hold. Brown the vegetarian chicken steak in hot oil on both sides. When browned, reduce heat, let cook for 5 minutes. Drain the fried vegetarian chicken steak on paper towels. Cut into pieces.
5. Sauce pour onto rice, arrange Vegetarian Chicken Steak and other ingredients on top. Server hot
