Vg Fish Slice  素海寶香魚片 TS1 FIS SL (450gX40)
Ingredients: Textured soya protein, Vegetable oil, Flour, Vegetarian seasoning, seaweed.
Storage: Keep Frozen -18°c 

Veg black pepper with fish slice

Ingredients:
100g fish slice, ½ pc green capsicum(slice), 1 pc red chili(slices).

Seasoning(mixed): 20 black peppercorns(crushed), ½ tbsp. tomato sauce, 1 tbsp veg. oyster sauce, ½ tbsp. butter, ½ tbsp. sugar, ½ tsp mushroom.

Seasoning: 2 tbsp water

Method:
1. Fry the veg. fish slice for a while. Drain and set aside.
2. Saute the capsicum and chili, put in veg fish slice and seasoning fry until mixed well and fragrant. Serve hot.
