Ingredients: texture soy protein, isolated soya protein, modified starch, vegetable oil and vegan seasoning.

Storage: Keep Frozen -18°c
Cooking instructions: stir-fry, stew, braise, cook or deep-fry.

Vegetarian crispy ginger with crispy nuggets

Ingredients:

500g Vegan Crispy Soya Nuggets

100g shredded ginger.

Sauce:

1/2 tbsp fruit vinegar, 1tsp mushroom seasoning, 1 tbsp tomato sauce, 1/2 tbsp chili sauce, 1/2 tsp sugar, 2-3 tbsp sugar, 2 tbsp vegtarian oyster sauce.

 

Method:

1. Deep fry shredded ginger until fragrant and crispy. Dish and drain.
 2. Deep fry vegan crispy soya nuggets in hot oil until golden. Dish and drain.

3. Cook sauce until boiled. Pour onto Vegan soya nuggets, sprinkle fried ginger shreds on top. Serve hot.
