Ingredients: textured soyabean protein, vegetable oil, soya bean, veg. seasoning, soya bean skin and permitted color.
Storage: Keep Frozen -18°c  

Vegetarian duck rice with plum sauce

vg crispy duck(Bei-Jing crispy duck), 5 tbsp planta oil and knotted panda leaves

2 cinnamon sticks, 1 tsp cumin seeds, 6 Cardamons and 2 bay leaves(torn)

½ cup yoghurt, ½ cup fresh milk, salt to taste, 5 cups water, yellow food coloring.

2 tbsp plum sauce


1. Saute Vegetarian crispy duck into hot oil until golden, dish up and drained.
2. Heat planta oil, fry spice ingredients until fragrant, add pandan leaves until fragrant. Add rice and stir-fry until well coated with planta oil.
3. Transfer to an electric rice cooker, seasoning and stir it. Add some water and cook it.
4. Lastly, put vegetarian duck on the rice. Pour the sauce on the top and serve it.
