Ingredients: soybean fiber, egg white powder, soybean oil, sugar, salt, white pepper powder, laver.
Storage: Keep Frozen -18°c   

Veg Codfish Steak

Ingredients:
2 slice veg. codfish steak, 1 tbsp shredded ginger, 1 tbsp shredded cabbage, some chopped coriander, 1 red chili(shredded)

Sauce:
2 tbsp chopped chili padi, 2 tbsp veg. oyster sauce, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tsp sesame oil, some salt, 300ml water, 100ml oil, 1 tbsp sugar, 2 tsp mushroom seasoning.

Meathod:
1. Rub veg codfish steak with a little salt and pepper. Pan-fry in hot oil until golden. Dish and drain.
2. Bring sauce to boil. Set aside.
3. Heat up hot plate and add 1 tbsp oil, saute ginger, chili and cabbage until fragrant. Add in Veg. codfish steak and pour over hot sauce and put coriander on the top. Serve hot.
