Ingredients: I.S.P, Soya protein, Soya bean sheet, Flour, Seaweed, Ginger, Vegetarian seasoning.

Storage: Keep Frozen -18°c

 

Vegan Fermented Soya Bean with Chunky Fish

Ingredients:
500g vegetarian / vegan chunky fish, 30g chopped ginger, 30g chopped chili, 40g chopped spring onion and some sesame oil.

Sauce: 
1 tbsp fermented soya bean, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 4 tbsp water, 1 tbsp black vinegar, 1 tbsp sugar, 2 tsp corn flour, 1 tbsp chopped ginger, 1 tbsp oil.

Method:
1. Heat oil, stir fry sauce until fragrant and thicken. Dish up set aside.
2. Saute the chopped ginger, chopped chili and spring onion, add in vegan chunky fish cook around 2 min, pour some sesame oil and sauce on the top. Dish up & serve hot.
