Vegetarian Stir fried soy bean knot

Ingredients:

500g Fresh soy bean knots 

1 Chili

1 tbsp soya sauce
2 tbsp thick mushroom sauce
A thumb size of ginger
1 cup water
Oil for deep frying

 

Preparation: 

1. Wash the soy knot and deep fried it until lightly brown, drain off the oil 
2. Cut the chili and ginger into thin strip 
 
Method:  

1. Heat wok with 2 tbsp cooking oil
2. Add ginger and chili, fry till fragrance
3. Add fried soy bean knot, fry for one minutes
4. Add soy sauce, mushroom sauce and water. Mixed well.
5. Simmer for 30 minutes. Server hot
