Soya Crispy Nugget 素香酥雞 TS1 CHI CG4 (1kgX20)
Ingredients: textured soybean protein, soya bean, vegetarian oil & vegetarian seasoning.
Storage: Keep Frozen -18°c

Vegetarian spicy sour soya crispy nuggets

Ingredients:

(A) 500g veg soya crispy nugget(fried), 2 tbsp pranta oil, 1 tbsp cooking oil.

 

(B) 1 tsp tumeric powder, 2 tbsp tomato puree, 2 tomato(chopped), 2 tbsp curry powder, 1 tbsp garam masala, 2 tbsp chili powder, 100 ml yoghurt, 1/2 cup water, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp sugar.

 

Spice: 1 cinnamon stick, 4 cloves, 1bay leaf(torn)


Method:

1. Deep-fry soya nuggets in hot oil. Dish and drain.
2. Heat oil and pranta oil, saute spice until fragrant.
3. Add in ingredients (B) and veg. soya crispy nugget cook around 15 mins. Add in some water until boiled. Serve hot.
