Vegan Soy Beancurd Sausage 素鮮豆腸 EB1 SY VSBS2 (500gX30)
Ingredients: Non GMO soybean, Water.

Storage: Keep frozen -18°C

Vegan spicy soybean curd sausage

Ingredients:

 200g vegan soybean curd sausage(fried), 2 tbsp oil, 1 pc ginger(sliced), 2 pcs green capcicum (seeded, pieces), 2 pcs red capcicum (seeded, pieces), 1/2 tbsp coriander powder, 1 tbsp curry powder.

Seasoning:

1 bsp vegetarian oyster sauce, 1/2 tbsp light soya sauce, 1/2 tsp sugar, 1/2 salt. 

Method:

1. Cut the soybean curd sausage into small pieces and fry them for a while. Drain and set aside.

2. Saute ginger slice, add in green and red capcicum and stir fry.

3. Add in coriander powder and curry powder and stir fry. Lastly, add in Vegan soybean curd sausage(fried) and seasoning, stir fry with high heat. Serve hot.
